Have you experienced the death of someone close to you? When my Father died, I wanted to die. I wanted "time" to just ...STOP.
This wasn't my intention. Yet, it seems right.

I've come to know the "5 Stages of Grief" personally: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance.
Even though we all experience grief differently, knowing that there are s-t-a-g-e-s has been a great comfort. Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross discussed them in her book, "On Death and Dying" (published in 1969). To learn more about her, you may click on the following:

Hi, Tiffany. The piece you've created is so dramatic and poignant. I know how hard it is to get through a period of loss. My thoughts are with you.
Sherry, thanks so much, my friend. I appreciate it.
Such a powerful emotional piece, Tiffany! Beautiful!
Thank you, Yvonne. (Since I'm still processing everything, it took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to say...Sometimes, it's best to start right where you are -- in the middle.)
Clever DOORS, Tiff!
Hugs,
Abby
This is truly a powerful piece, Tiffany. Your father would be proud. May you continue to have the strength to walk through that door.
Abby J & Arnoldo, I am honored that you stopped by. Thank you very much.
