This week’s challenge at Collage Obsession is to use the image provided of a house and/or the word “abandoned.” Here is my card entry:
Here is a closer look:
The card photos were scanned into my computer. The house is in the metal frame at the top of the card. The woman (on the card) has an emotional connection to the house... she can’t forget it. The text on the bottom of the card says: “Abandoned”, “not forgotten”. Don’t we all have dreams and experiences that we treasure, but must move on from? I know I do!
Here are a few details about the card:
1.Card size is 6”x8.5”
2. The lady’s face is an illustration that has been colored with pencils. (Dover Publications)
3. Fabric flowers & typewriter keys are in her hair. (Keys by Paper Bliss/Westrim Crafts)
4.“Pearl” accents near photo represent thought-bubbles. (K Marcella)
5.Bookplate by Imaginisce.
6.House key by Nostalgiques/EK Success.
Thanks so much for stopping by & taking a look.
Shine, God Bless & XOX!

Thak you for participating in our challenge!
I love your card! I also like to work the old-fashioned way, without the computer.
Your creation is so wonderful! Love how you have the woman with two thoughts - brilliant. Cheers!
