Collage Obsession: Celebrating Patterns!

This week I am filling in for Itkupilli on the Collage Obsession Challenge. The challenge is to create something featuring a pattern or patterns. Here is the card I made:

I basically fell in love with the background paper (above), and have been waiting for a chance to use it! My Grandmother had something in her home that was similar to the pattern on the left of the card. I think Grandma's was a paisley pattern though. I just can't remember what it was! A couch? A dress? I don't know, but the basic idea has stayed with me all this time.

What's your favorite pattern? Gingham? Polka dots? Hounds-tooth?

To join the challenge this week, and/or to see the other entries, just click **HERE**.

Thanks so much for stopping by. God Bless & xo!

I love the combination of patterns in that background, which compliments your photograph perfectly. It's funny how patterns can remind us of loved ones, just as music and scents. Blessings!

Your patterns as a backdrop to that beautiful girl are lovely. There are patterns I associate with times past too.. especially my parents 70s wallpaper!
